This book would definitely make a good script. It completely lends itself to a visual presentation with the constant action between New York City and New Orleans and its environs. The characters have become more familiar, but I still didn’t feel any connection with them. It’s basically a plot-driven story and that’s the main basis of its success thus far.

I guess you could say this is the second book in this "series" which continues the story of Isabelle DeMarco. Overall, I thought the story was good, but it is not one of those I would read again and/or stay up late to finish. The action, horror, and suspense aspects were cool though; and I liked watching the sparks fly between Izzy and Jean Marc. I especially liked how the lead female was strong and idependent.
