I have had this book for a while, and it's excellent if you are feeling tired, run-down and not happy with your weight.

It's not a fad diet, but a book full of advice and information on how to improve your health and fitness as you get older.

It's chock-full of great recipes, from quick healthy snacks to meal ideas and eating for the busy person. It also gives you a simple guide to exercise that's reasonable and can be adapted to fit your life.

Definitely recommend it to anyone who just wants to
