This long out of print book should still be a must-read for every guy coming out of seminary or taking the helm of a local church. I was deeply impacted by this story of the rise and fall of Denver's Charles Blair, partly because in the 1970's I was a youth attending a megachurch that simultaneously operated like his. Out of print classic that needs to be required reading for every pastor or Christian leader... ESPECIALLY if you are succeeding. If you are accomplishing great things for the kingdom, take some time and read this book. It's wisdom may save you from some terrible calamities.
