This book is optimistic and uplifting for any age woman who is looking to make the most of what she has and where she is at the moment. There are suggestions for surveys and online "tests" to be utilized if you wish at various points during the process. The metaphor of the garden and the way to keep it flourishing are appropriate and make for a good looking book as well as a pleasant readng experience.
