Required reading for a college course in Health Information Technology. Gartee does a fair job of walking through the different information systems in a healthcare setting. Not spectacular, but worth a look if you are considering an IT role in healthcare. Definitely laid out in a textbook approach. Do not read this book if you are looking to be entertained.
