In the modern wilds of Ireland lies the hidden realm of The Wicket Wood. Here the solitary unicorn lives alongside other mystical tribes of ancient legend—shifters and fairies, gargoyles and dragons. It is a magickal paradise meant to separate two realities—and yet, in the ethereal fabric of dreams, a magnificent love is born that transcends all boundaries.

Yikes this was an incredibly erotic tale and the writing was much better than average.

I have to admit I was concerned at first; the only way the bewitched unicorn can return to his male form is by poking his horn up an unmentionable part of a virgin's anatomy!

That has got to smart a little.

Meanwhile the mortal woman has been dreaming about him for years - wish my dreams were like that.

What followed then was an exciting quest-style tale, overflowing with outrageously hot sex scenes, the largest
Okay totally not what I expected from the (sorry) cheesy title. I was enthralled with this story once I realized how dark and twisted it really is. There are parts that made me extremely uncomfortable (again sorry) where it got a bit too much like having a sexual encounter with an animal. BUT it's quickly over and it's all human to human from then on. Thank goodness (sorry ew). What follows is lots and lots of wordy (sorry) hot sex. I really should call them love scenes because the H/H really ...more

a lot of potential in this story, but there just wasn't enough consistency in tone. at times it felt like there were two different people writing two different stories. but it gelled together in the end and made me curious enough about the sequel to bring it up to two stars. this rating is due to disappointment, this story had a lot of potential and the writer has ability...but it just didn't quite deliver.
