I've read a few 'knee' books lately and all the information
begins to look similar, which isn't necessarily bad, it
reinforces and verifies the exercises, opinions
on what causes what, treatments and useful medicines.

Great book if you're rehabbing a knee injury or looking for tips on how to prevent one. Great PT exercises.
The most informative book I've found on knee pain. There were a lot of light bulb moments contained within. I don't use the exercises in it (I use Core Performance), but it was a good read just for understanding my knees (there's even a special chapter on concerns for women) and what to expect from my doctor/therapist.
Good resource for people with knee problems, how to prevent pain and further injury, physical theraphy chapter, and more.
