NCIS Special Agent Emily Patterson has gone under cover on Marine Colonel Joe "Magnus" Rivers team of elite Marines. All evidence is pointing to either his team or someone on his team as being part of a sex slave ring.

Magnus doesn't understand how this woman managed to get on his team. All she does is make mistakes. He shows her no mercy as having a weak link on the team can get them killed. Emily who was raised by a marine father is having a hard time acting like she is incompetent and wants n

Hot! And very hot. I loved this book from Jambrea Jo Jones -- who has become a must read for me. She stretches my boundaries by writing such hot/sweet romance I find myself unable to put the book down! Or computer away...

I really liked this book. It had everything: a strong, sexy hero; a capable, likeable heroine; a vile, despicable villain; danger, suspense, scorching hot sex, and humor.

I had fun with Joe and Emily. They both started off resigned to their lust for each other but knowing nothing could come of it. When Emily reveals her mission, their lust explodes, but quickly evolves into love.

I enjoyed the intense connection Joe had with Emily as well as his close friendships with Paul, Ben, and Fin. Can’t wa

I liked Magnus. He was the ultimate military man's man.

I liked the heroine at first.. then she wasn't so cool.

Okay story. It needed a lot more editing. There were typos and mistakes. And I could tell the Author was not American. Even though the story was about an American NCIS agent and an American Marine Colonel.

Good story with a hot Marine. Pretty intense in places though so be warned. Would have gotten a higher rating if it wasn't for the editing issues - missing words in sentences, spelling mistakes and full stops that just didn't make sense.
