Caroline
Definitely don't read this before you've seen the film. It tells every single part of the plot and breaks it down in chronological order, so spoilers galore. However, Quiroga has some interesting things to say, and I definitely understood the film better after having read this. Worth looking at, but again, after having watched the film.
