So, aside from a bit of repetition and a plethora of grammatical errors, this is a decent book. I gave it four stars, because normally these types of errors will cause me to walk away from a book. I not only finished this one, but I plan to read it again a bit more methodically with an eye to systematically implementing some of the strategies and techniques it suggests.

This was a great book. While I already knew a lot of the tips, it had many others I'd never heard of. I'm excited to try these out.

This book is a collection of reminders and snippets of information and history regarding the world of positive thinking broken down into 365 short paragraphs. It was an interesting read some times repetitive to drill to point across but still an ok read :)
