I particularly liked the last chapters of this book. Full of very practical advice backed by research on how and why a positive attitude is so important. This isn't a touchy feely book of encouragement. It supports its thesis with research and references.

I sat in a workshop by the author and she is a delight and very passionate about her work. I trust her findings and have been a long time follower of one of her mentors Bernie Siegel.
