One of the most forgettable cookbooks I've ever tried. Made a few recipes - ranged from ok to bad.

I enjoy watching the last fifteen minutes of her daytime talk show, because I often learn cool tips -- how to best-prepare certain foods, etc. The recipes in this book looked great but are not ideal for someone who cooks strictly vegan meals due to most recipes using a lot of cheese.

I am not apologizing that I am a fan of the Rachael Ray cookbook. This is a good one for vegetarians. Good soup recipes.
