Thad McAfee is a retired manufacturing executive, author, Civil War buff and restorer of classic cars. His published works include Sulfur Creek and Sycamore. he 'devours' a book a week and has done so for 50 years. He and wife, Linda, and dog, Sissy the Spaniel reside near Lake Tahoe, Nevada.
