LE livre qui m'a réconcilié avec la poésie ! Avant, je voyais la poésie comme un ramassis de vers gnian gnian, vaguement lyriques...

Quel choc ! J'ai découvert un texte engagé, écrit pour frapper fort, comme un boxeur presque. La force qui se dégage de certains textes transpire de rage et montre la conviction qu'Hugo a mis dans son travail.

Une œuvre poétique et politique majeure, au même titre que certains discours de parlementaires.

Etudié en 1e, mais mis bien des années pour le lire en entier.
Je ne suis pas tellement fan de la poésie, et encore moins française.
Mais, je prends bien en compte que ce livre a pas mal chamboulé la France à sa sortie. :)
