Owners are quoted saying things like, "With the help of my curator..." and "We did not plan on buying a house of this size!" Me too. I did not plan on buying a 28,000 square foot building in Tribeca either. I continue to not plan to do so, unless some large corporation drops like a helicopter on my house and I get...more

The designs here are lavish, yet not as cluttered as your average Architectural Digest stuff. Modern, without looking ridiculous (except for that weird paper flower light fixture hanging over a bed.)
