This is a beautiful book encouraging children's awareness of conservation. It talks about how we can change our ways to help our Earth, and does so in child friendly verse. The last page has "A Dozen Things A Child Can do for Earth." I will be using this book during Earth Week, but it will also get great use during my 2nd grade unit on the Polar Regions. Highly recommended.
