An excellent book for someone who is grieving the loss of a spouse. H. Norman Wright is a grief counselor/expert and recently lost his own wife. He writes in a very compassionate, sensitive way. The book includes his own personal journal writings which I could relate to very well, along with questions to answer at the end of each chapter to help sort out your own thoughts and feelings.
