This story is very sweet, and teaches about Hanukkah. I really liked how the animals in the story end up saving hanukkah for the family (shows that by being kind, good things can happen). I really liked how there were recipes at the end of the book for Hanukkah dishes!

This is a book that talks about Hanukkah and what you eat during Hanukkah. This is a good book to use if you are discussing different holidays in your classroom.
