Very useful if you are trying to reduce toxins/pollutants in your home and want to take a holistic approach to nutrition and common health problems with children.
This book was terrific! Simple layout and full of easy, safe ways to address many health problems that are likely to come up for parents.

Informative - excellent resource for parents. Includes info on nutrition, homeopathy, chinese medicine etc. The book addresses issues from pregnancy through childhood. He also has a great book on vaccines.
