We often think of how foods negatively effect our health, but many foods have health benefits and even medicinal powers. This guide is arranged in two ways: one section lists ailments alphabetically and offers foods that may help alleviate symptoms. The other half lists beneficial foods alphabetically, and offers what ailments they can be used to treat. An index would have made this book somewhat more useful, but I am so happy with it!
