Not really alternate universe story like Polyphonica as I first thought it would be.

The main character, Hibiki Kyousuke got involved in an accident. During the event, he should've died, but instead he got a stray note merging into his Soul Score, the music score that plays with everything from their conception to their death. Because of this, Kyousuke can see and hear the Soul Scores.

Tena, the heroine, is a Soul Tuner, peoples that hunt and collect noises that contaminate those Soul Scores. She
