Nicholas Maulucci
well, this was a history book on India from about ad1000 to 1500 or so. India is one of the few places in which I have never been interested. that being said, their history is quite mundane. the book was written thoroughly. it works as a history book for students. it was the Muslims, then the Turks, then the Persians then the next group ruling over the indigenous Indian people. the book described the people as compliant and simple.they were not warriors and were content to be ruled by outsiders.
