A lot more WWII stuff in this volume, including a Hitler-type, who gets soundly defeated as his own people cheer his departure. Some interesting formal developments in the panel structure of the last few stories--full page, circle shapes, overlapping.

It's interesting to see the characters change over the years. Neat stuff going on with the Nazis and the Japanese. Early Luthor as well. All good things.
