My sister's favorite book!
My sister loves looking at the flyleaf and endpapers, because they are filled with numerous outdoor objects from leaves to bugs to flowers. The entire page is covered. She loves to play I spy. I pick an object from one of the pages like the yellow butterfly and then she takes her time and tries to find the object.

I wanted to read this book every night when I was little...okay..sometimes even now I read it :P This is such a cute book, I think every mother should read this to their little ones :)
I felt like I should like this one more than I did... it's adorable and all, but just didn't really touch me. Still, it's a nice tale of reassurance of mother-child love.
This was one of my favorite stories when I was a little girl. I still smile when my mom reads it to Bryson and Kate.
i will never forget the countless times my mother and father read this child hood favorite book to me.

I enjoyed the book and think it is especially important for parents and children to read together. After reading the book we created our own drawings of bunnies. The idea was to let the children create their own without too much intervention. This book would be a great opening to a family night or a first day of school to help the children feel secure in an earl...more

One of Graham's favorite books, this story tells the story of a bunny who gets lost and then found in the loving arms of his mommy. A just walking-kiddo, who desires both independence and reunion, can certainly relate. Graham is rapt every time we read it, and I have to say, so am I.
This would be a great book to use with Kindergarteners to help them with their separation anxiety fear. It also talks about unconditional love of parents, which would be good to emphasize during health.
"When games ended in tears, as games sometimes do, Mommy Rabbit made it better."
