I managed to read first seven chapters of this book, and also the last chapter. It provides a great introduction on many different aspects of high dynamic range (HDR) imaging. I am mostly concerned about imaging side of this trend. It seems to me that chapter 6, which contains displays in the field, is very weak. However, first chapters, where authors introduces color spaces or current trends in camera domain are far more better. Last chapter contains some insights on perception side of HDR. I ...more
