Although he provides some information, he provides almost no documentation, references no research, and does not explain how he arrived at his scores. Most of his criteria for superfruit status are lame in the first place. What has been learned as a result of research is not a criteria, rather how popular it is among researchers is the criteria. He also fails to consider or even mention the glycemic index or the inflammation factor.
