I liked this book but I was SO beyond annoyed with it. The hero was a arrogant pompous ass! He blackmailed the heroine and threatened to take their daughter away from her if she did not marry him. Pretty good read, did not like the hero much..the blackmail here was actually quite scary (custody / captive in foreign country pretty nightmarish). I found her family's betrayal very offensive...not sure why she let's them get away with it. But great jealous scenes...heroine really does rub his nose in her prior relationship when he is hurtful.
