The descriptions of what cancer is, how it forms and why, are really interesting.
The possible treatments are only briefly outlined and some of them seem quite extreme for the average person! However, website addresses are provided so one can explore further.
I finished the book with a certain sense of optimism that we are not just hapless victims of disease processes and that we can take some control, even over the dreaded cancer. Also, I felt encouraged to take positive proactive health steps no
