It’s interesting how modern technology has actually brought forth even the spiritual arts. Years ago, the only way to communicate with the divine was through prayer and a handful of neophyte channeling methods. Due to these limitations, only a few talented people could channel, which required spirits to actually enter the person’s body. Other interested individuals had to suffice with séances and automatic writing both which made the process seem more like parlor games.

I enjoyed this as an easy read. Sara does a good job of demystifying channeling and teaches how to make the connection to the divine through writing a part of our daily lives. I enjoyed her personal story as well. A quick, easy read. Enjoyable.
