A taste of magic. These 3 books are a hint of the scope of Norton's work. She wrote sci-fi, historicals, romance and fantasy in a career that spanned over 60 years. Each of the books in this compilation is part of a different arc of stories. Two--the Voodoo Planet and the Warlock story--were each part of an individual series. Star Born was part of an over-arching series of books that were set in roughly the same "universe" of stories.

First contacts with the publishing world led her, as many other contemporary female writers targeting a male-dominated market, to choose a literary pseudonym.
