This thought-provoking book is a difficult one for me to review and criticise. I always felt like the bad boy of many things. Born in Israel and deciding to leave it to a more democratic and liberal country, telling my friends I am not a Jew and contesting practices such as circumcision, attempting to discuss religious and philosophical issues with work colleagues, and so on and so forth (I even atheistically argued against the Rabbi that prepared me under my (secular) father's coercion to the ...more
