A very good read, sweet romance with a hint of heat and it does have that HEA that I HAVE to have in my romance novels.

Meh, I guess I'm not in the mood for a schlocky romance, complete with a charming little scamp of a kid, bringing her mom and a moody "man with a mysterious past" together for the holidays. I always keep cheesy romances by my bed so I can read a chapter or two before I go to sleep if I want to read. I choose cheesy romances because it's easy to pick up where you left off after weeks of not reading it, they are light and fluffy so not overly taxing while drifting off to sleep and I usually can pu...more

This story has a young woman coming to a small town where she believes the father of the child her sister gave birth to is living. This was a good Christmas story as it even opens with an act of kindness by the child who has no idea about what her act of kindness is going to lead to.
