I have enjoyed The Diamond Legacy series but I am also ready to be done with it. By the time you get to A Mother's Secret you know exactly what is going to happen. I have never read a series with so many illegitimate children in one family and women that get pregnant and then don't tell the father. It was getting a little ridiculous by the end of the series.

I rather liked the epilogue in this one as it brings parts of the series full circle

Janice Kay Johnson is the author of sixty books for children and adults. Her first four published romance novels were coauthored with her mother, also a writer who has since published mysteries and children's books on her own. These were "sweet" romance novels, the author hastens to add; she isn't sure they'd have felt comfortable coauthoring passionate love scenes!
