Great variety of recipees, but some were more like cassarole or stew than a pot pie. I wish the author had included recipees for pies with crust on the bottom. I love that there is a chapter of vegetarian pies.

Recipes are super easy over all, and I've had a lot of success tweaking the recipes to change the flavors. I've made several of the recipes and they have ALL been delicious.
