A Sweet Tempting Read

This is the second novel I've read by Mrs. Candice Poarch and I enjoyed this way more than "Sweet Southern Comfort". This was a fast-paced romantic tale. Couldn't put it down 'til I was finished. I enjoyed the intense passion between Colin and Noelle. The characters were well developed and even the secondary characters were quite memorable and oftentimes added some great LOL moments to the story. George was definitely "good people" and you couldn't help feeling sorry for him

The quest for love is universal, she says. Being familiar with rural Virginia, she portrays a sense of community and mutual support in her novels, many of which are set in small-town America.

Candice grew up in Stony Creek, Virginia, south
