3 1/2 stars. Good story but it did have a few quirks for me. I wasn't totally convinced of the chemistry in the romance. The editing wasn't perfect but that's never a big issue with me. The mystery portion wasn't really much of a mystery. Still, I think this author has potential.

Brad Norton was shocked to hear his cousin's theory that Kevin's mother's killing had not been a random act as the police had suspected but one in a series of serial killer! Some how Brad could never understand why a drive by shooter had just randomly picked out his aunt, the woman who had opened her home and heart to him. Brad's mother had died from ovarian cancer when he was an infant and all of the joy went out of the big house filled with servants most of them his dad had let go. All except ...more
