Aptly titled, this novel. The author plays mind games through his characters, with his characters, among his characters, and with the reader. Not all of the answers are clear, even by page 274.

Mind Games concerns yet another serial killer, who, over a term of at least twenty years, murders something like nine women.Frankly, I stopped counting after the first five.
