This is soooo shoujo-ified to the point where I'm upset by it. The two stars is for Mao and Hei being in character still. Plus the story isn't thaaat bad.
Kana is such a stinkin' dunce. Screaming Mary-Sue with blinking lights and everything. Crying and wailing like any shoujo sue.
At least the antagonist is interesting.
Just...keep to the anime and the OVA's, BONES. Please.

Loving it so far. I like it that despite the little individual episodes, this clearly has a larger underlying arc. We're progressively given little pieces of the puzzle - that's my kind of story. Also it's dark enough to create a serious mood but not too much/ to the point where the violence gets so gratuitous it actually detracts from the story.
So, yeah. Kudos so far.

Este é o primeiro caso em que gostei mais da animé do que mangá (e espero que seja o último)e que a lutas me pareceram muito menos emocionantes no papel. Os traços do desenho que fazem o Hei parecer fraco, o facto da maioria dos capítulos estarem pintados a azul-pálido (pelo menos na versão que li), o que lhes dá um aspecto deprimente, desprovido de conteúdo, e a deficiência na narrativa em transmitir emoções, não são compensados pelas palhaçadas de Mao ou pelo gozo de rever as demais personage...more
I'm about halfway through now. It's somewhat and repetitive shojo 'I'm crying over how I feel, please comfort me' is starting to bore me (there's action, but there could be more and better quality), and the wimpy female main character, I think, needs to stick a straw in it and SUCK IT UP. I hate female characters like that. Such a disgrace.
the story was shortened to fit in two mangas... i didnt like it... now im curious about the anime!!
