Curse is the sequel to Witch in the Wicked series and the only reason I read it was because the two books were combined in one. Eh. They’re cheaper that way, actually. And to be honest, I didn’t have a choice. It was either two or none.

baca buku kedua membuat gw bingung untuk suka apa engga ma holly... what she did to hecate makes me wonder... it just doesnt seems right... katanya darah lebih kental dr air, tapi keputusan yang diambil holly di akhir cerita ini tidak mencerminkan itu.. pengorbanan demi pengorbanan, mantra demi mantra, ritual demi ritual, membuat holly berubah.. akan seperti apa jadinya di akhir cerita yah..

Meh -- I was surpsingly disappointed by this seconed installment. I think they had way too many 'point of views' that the story was being told from, and although it wasn't confusing or 'easy to get lost' in ... It definitely was annoying to me. I don't mind one or two narrators in a story, but almost every character in this book was sharing their thoughts/actions and it was just irksome to me.
Hopefully the rest are better.

I am very taken with this series it has so much going on. It has many aspects of Romeo and Juliet. It has the star crossed lovers, the fueding families and the fighting. This book has all that and magic. It is well worth reading.

Great magic/witch book, the idea is original, but it took me a little while to understand some parts, again. I did not like this book as much as the first.
This book is hard to follow... Too many characters and hardly background to explain what they are doing.
Tdk akan beli buku lanjutannya lagi. Kecewa dgn isinya.

It's even darker than the first book. Holly met the other side of her self, which is not lovable and evil. She had to leave her innocent, but then she was more determined.
