This is a good book to have handy if you are a newbie gardener and want to grow edibles in containers or small spaces. Each plant gets a two-page spread which includes a full-color photograph, suggestions on varieties that work well in containers, and planting instructions. There are even some recipes for dishes using your harvest. I borrowed this book from the library, but I may end up buying a copy before next planting season.
