David Bales
This was a big book of lists about mostly American geography with statistics like "What American city has the most Afghans?" or "What are four American state capitals without commercial airports?" Salem, Oregon was one of them. Kind of interesting but kind of boring, too. Not enough interesting categories but alot of dull ones.
