Paul Barnard is a lawyer and a former FBI agent. His knowledge of law and Scripture is great, and it shows in this book.
This book is not for the faint of heart. It is hard to read and the structure is a little disorganized, in my opinion. The content, never the less, is worth considering.
Barnard presents the following:
1.God has determined to glorify Himself in Creation
2.He instituted law to bring about, by His supreme sovereignty, His purpose.
