It sounded so simple. All Rose had to do was marry Nikolai de Montez to secure the throne of Alp de Montez. For the sake of appearances, they would remain together for about a month. Then Nick would return to his law firm to practice international law and Rose would stay to help rule the country.

There are a lot of unanswered questions I have about the story, it also seems that it was written in a rush. I did find the little dog, Hoppy, very cute though.
