I met the author and his wife at a function in Gold Beach, OR.
The book description pretty much tells it all.
The first chapter was very exciting: the author as a teenager goes on a wild romp while mountain climbing, taking an un-trailed way down.
This sets the scene for the personality of this MS survivor, further chapters deal with tragic moments and patients during his career as a medical doctor, a profession he pursues from a wheelchair near where I now live.
