What a cracker of a book for those who are thinking of retiring to the sunnier climes of Ole-land!

Refreshingly candid sums up my thoughts on this entertaining read, which is an honest, inspirational tale of a couple's experience of planning an expat lifestyle in Spain, and eventually living the dream.

With smatterings of lively anecdotes throughout the pages, I laughed (and cried) at their journey from the first thoughts of retiring to Spain, to the actual reality of living in Jumilla with warm,

Although the book is entitled Retiring the Olé Way, many younger readers have commented that it is also helpful for anyone else thinking of retiring abroad.
