Comfort Touch, Massage for the Elderly and the Ill by Mary Kathleen Rose is written for Massage Therapists and caregivers. This is a helpful text, full of basic massage protocols presented to provide the best treatments for the elderly or infirm (which applies to all of us as who hasn't had an illness of injury in their life?). It also suggests self-care for the caregiver. Each chapter includes recommendations of books, websites and dvds for further learning on each topics. I recommend this book...more
