The genre of this book is fiction and thriller. The reason I chose to read this book is because it seemed like something new and different from the books I like to read.

This is the second book in this series that I've read and I don't know if I would say I enjoyed it more than the first one I read, but I like the series more after reading another installment. The characters are enjoyable and likable. I find myself wishing Marla were my hairstylist, then remembering she's a fictional character. The story is a very entertaining read with a great plot line and the author's writing style sucks the reader in and carries you along for the ride. I'm just upset that mo...more
