I bought this when I was super stressed out planning my wedding last summer. It has a lot of exercises to help calm you down and you you pick it up any time you need a quick relaxation fix. In fact, I spent part of my wedding morning with this book. I love the beginning index of ailments and woes which guides you what exercises are most helpful to relieve those problems. Clearly I still need a lot of help of the concentration part.

I'm curious to see how this book presents these ideas and exercises in comparison with other more traditional sources of these "fine arts." The title already may provide a bridge in thinking for some. What other helpfulness might this book provide?
So far, I really like this book. Lots of meditation and concentration exercises. Looking forward to more of it
