All i want is everything by Cecliy von Ziegesar is a good book. I Recomend this book to people who like gossip book and also teenagers. In this book there is a girl named serena. She has her own advice website. On this website she talks to people and they don't know who she is. This website is a secret thing. It is for people who need advice on their peoblems. Serena is the type of girl that likes to hangout with her friends and get into all the gossip that is going around.

"All I want is everything" is a novel about a group of aristocratic high school kids, their lives and the drama that revolves around them. There is no one main character in particular, it is more like a vignette. Blair Waldorf is a senior at their high school and she is working hard to get into Yale while dealing with the breakup between her and her ex-boyfriend Nate, her mother's pregnancy with her new stepfather Cyrus Rose, and everything else in her life. Blair's best friend Serena Van der W...more

The third installment of the Gossip Girl series is much like the ones before it. Following the lives of Serena, Blair, Aaron, Dan, Vanessa, Nate and Jenny (with the occasional Chuck Bass sighting) as they go through their lives. Much like the other books, it is a fast paced read, but very well written. The one thing I find I miss with the books though, after becoming a fan of the television show, is that there is just not enough Chuck Bass in these books. I keep expecting more and being let down...more

"All I Want Is Everything" is one of the books part of the Gossip Girl Series. It takes place in the fancy Upper East Side of New York, where best friends Blair and Serena, though very spoiled and over-the-top dramatic, face everyday problems not too unique in comparison to that of any teenager. Blair is still upset trying to overcome her hard breakup with ex-boyfriend Nate Archibald. Serena is, as usual, flowing around from one guy to another. Her boy toy for most of the book is named Flow. Nothing surprising here, except I love it when a character in an otherwise fluffy book has serious literary pretensions. Especially poetic ones. Because then every now and again I get surprised by a great big genuine belly laugh:

Sluts
[By Daniel, a dolorous high school poet. This poem magically gets accepted for publication in the New Yorker. The New Yorker! Because, yeah, that could totally happen. Totally. I mean, it's Just So Profound.]

Shitty book.

If I had to pick three words to describe this book, these would be it. The amount of name dropping in this book ridiculous. I've never seen so much name dropping. Not even in My Immortal.

Also, Waldorf getting pregnant? Not a plot twist. Everyone knows that since they got married in the last book. I'm a genius, aren't I?

So, let's begin with this review, shall we?

This book was mediocre, with little plot, and I wanted to kill all the characters. I have a bit of a violent strea...more

A review of the third book of the series that I can't seem to pull my eyes from..."All I Want is Everything"...Gossip Girl #3.

Still don't know who Gossip Girl is, but I like her blog and her telling of things that happen in this snobby, upscale world of high schoolers and their outrageous parties and their outrageous expectations of life. And each other.

The usual cast of characters is back, with a couple of new ones to keep things interesting. Serena, the beautiful somewhat-sweet girl with no di...more

The novel All I Want is Everything, by Cecily von Ziegesar, is a story that is centered around two wealthy and fashionable girls Serena and Blair. The other characters, including a filmmaker, a poet, Blair’s ex boyfriend,a young girl desperate for love, and Nate’s friends- add drama to the story, leaving the reader wanting to read more.

The setting and the plot of this story is very interesting and realistic. Blair’s ex boyfriend, Nate, is stuck in a love triangle. He and Blair had dated for so

Two of the main characters, Blair and Serena becomes freinds, once again. As Blair is trying to remember what she admires about her role model, her ex-boyfreind Nate is in relationship with a busty fourteen year old girl named Jenny. Everything seems perfect until unexpected crushes appear and sex tape exploits one of the main character causing major embarrsement and months worth of being grounded . Uh oh! Their Christmas may not be jolly after all but who knows. Nothing is free in this world ,...more

I liked this book because it sort of made me hooked in a way that I wonder what will happen next. Some characters were amusing esp. B and S. I think N is just one rich, handsome, stupid and spineless boy. Maybe B just liked him initially because of looks and looks and looks but there's nothing else. B must just felt attached to N because of so much time they had together. She built every fairytale in her mind w/ him as a prince so she found it hard to let go. Character? I wouldn't want a boy tha...more

With midterms approaching and Christmas just around the corner, the Upper East Side is full of stressful rich kids in their expensive coats and stylish hats and scarves. Jenny got the boy and Nate’s not really sure if that’s a good thing. Dan and Vanessa are living the blissful life, or are they? Blair is freaking out over her disastrous Yale interview and the possibility that she may not make it into the only school she ever wanted to attend, but at least she has Serena again. The besties recon...more

It's ridiculous how stuck up and bitchy these characters are, but I just can't help but keep reading. It's like a little guilty pleasure. There lives and stories are so silly that it makes me laugh. I can't help but want to know what else is going to happen.

I've never seen the television show, so this whole world is new to me. I have nothing to compare it too. But I think I am already going to like the books better. They just seem a little more stupid then what they would appear on screen.

I had so much fun reading this book! I think that this series is the type of series that you can't really have any high expectations for and if you go into it with that mindset it is a series you'll really enjoy and "All I Want is Everything" was no exception.

The plot. I really enjoyed the plot of this book and I think that this would have to be my favourite book in the series so far. I loved seeing all of the drama that surrounded the characters and just seeing everything that they got up to an...more

Another great installation in the gossip girl series! I have to say, I think this one is the best one of them that I've read so far. It was definitely hard to put down, which is a great trait in books because it makes you finish them faster. Its sad because in the first book I absolutely adored nate, and now, hes such a jerk, I'd be happy if somehow he accidentally fell onto the amtrak track right as a train was coming. Hey Ziegesar, can we make that happen? And poor jenny, right? So she gets cr...more

From Amazon.com:

S and B and J and N are back, along with A, D, V, and assorted other rich, catty Manhattan teenagers in this third installment of the Gossip Girl series. An omniscient and anonymous narrator keeps track of the scene in www.gossipgirl.net (now an actual site), where the rumors fly, backs are stabbed, and celebrity sightings are dutifully reported. Serena (S) and Blair (B) are best friends again, shoring each other up as Blair faces life without her ex, Nate, who has hooked up with

This kind of books, I find, is particularly good,Cecily writes not so much around it but comes straight to the point.
The book itself is really good, interesting and funny.Maybe now many thinks, that this book rather sit for the Divas, but you might think just because the title and because we are not even read. It's already girly'-like, but interesting. With all the intrigues and funny coincidences, this book is really worth reading!

This book is about girls that live fabulous rich lives in the lower East side of Manhatten. They are on their mid-winter recess break and they go to a island for vacation. I heard about this book from my librain because she recommended the whole Gossip Girl Series to me. I like the writers style of writing because she writes in modern times. I would recommend this book to anyone that loves drama and a good laugh. I would change from the book nothing, because to me, i think the book has a great s...more

When I first started to read this book I had no clue what I was reading. The first few chapters of this book are very confusing. The author introduces all of the characters at the same time. She goes back and forth between characters and changes the topic all the time. I found that as I kept reading the book got better and easier to understand. It was a struggle to keep reading though. At a point in time I really wanted to just find a new book I'd actually like to read. Luckily, "All I Want Is E...more

In All I Want Is Everything, Jenny and Nate are still "friends" Blair is being haunted by her interview to Yale. Dan and Vanessa are getting closer and yet farther apart. Jenny is now the star of a poem by her brother called "sluts." Blair and Aaron are getting more serious, even though he is her stepbrother. Blair's internal conflict is that she is wondering is she should say to Nate that she wants him to come back of if she should just forget about him. Her external conflict is with Aaron. Sh...more

With the first two Gossip Girl books, the focus was mainly on the glitz and glamour of the world these characters inhabit, and it was nice to see more focus being put on the characters themselves this time around. All I Want is Everything is in my opinion the best and most fun Gossip Girl yet.

All I Want is Everything is full of exotic vacations, school-related stress, and budding romance. All o...more

Começo a gostar da evolução destes personagens, princ...more

“She closed Dan's door and walked down the hall to her room. He makes a good boyfriend, she repeated to herself. What the hell was that suppose to mean? She didn't just want a good boyfriend. She wanted that thing Gustav Klimt had captured so perfectly in The Kiss. That radiant, electric, hold-me-tight-so-I don't-fall-from-up-here-in-the-sky feeling of being in love.
Well, don't we all, sweetie?”
