A really nice easy to read book that was lent to me at just the right time. What if you want to facilitate real change within an organisation, you don't have to start your own business to create a culture of innovation around you. It's not so easy but there are lots of directly useful tips in here and all the inspiration you need to get out and do it!

Brilliant but I am the author so I would say that...its all about empowering intrapreneurs (internal entrpreneurs) to work within the confines of dirty big corporates. Its full colour and very quirky! I can almost guarantee you'll love it!
